fix(browser): implement manual Chrome launch with CDP for remote debugging

When REMOTE_DEBUGGING_ENABLED is true, launch Chrome manually via subprocess and connect via CDP instead of using BrowserProfile. This improves container compatibility and provides better control over browser lifecycle.
